SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

 

Digital Delivery Only

Rihuna Realm LLC sells 100% digital products. We do not sell physical goods, and no items will be mailed to your house. Because of this, there are no shipping fees and no waiting times for delivery.

How You Will Receive Your Files

Your files will be available for download immediately after your payment is processed. You will receive your products in two ways:

  1. On the Checkout Page: A "Download Now" button will appear immediately after your purchase is complete.

  2. Via Email: You will receive a separate email containing a link to download your files. Please ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout.

Download Issues & Troubleshooting

If you do not see your download email within 5 minutes of purchase, please check the following:

  • Spam/Junk Folder: Automated emails often end up here.

  • Promotions Tab: If you use Gmail, check your "Promotions" tab.

  • Typographical Errors: If you accidentally made a typo in your email address during checkout, please contact us immediately so we can correct it and resend your files.

File Types

Most of our resources are delivered as PDFs or ZIP folders. Please ensure you are downloading files on a computer (desktop or laptop) rather than a phone, as some mobile devices have difficulty opening ZIP files.
