Digital Products Policy: All products sold by Rihuna Realm are strictly digital downloads. Due to the immediate, intangible nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been purchased and downloaded. Unlike physical goods, digital items cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Please review the product description and preview images carefully before completing your purchase to ensure the resource meets your needs.

  • Exceptions for Refunds: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We may grant refunds under specific circumstances, including:
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice.
  • Technical Issues: The file is corrupted, damaged, or cannot be opened, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • Misrepresentation: The product content is significantly different from the description or preview provided.
  • Order Cancellation (Not Downloaded): You changed your mind and have not yet downloaded or accessed the file.

How to Request a Refund: If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the exceptions above, please contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@rihunarealm.com. Please include:

  • Your Order Number.
  • A brief description of the issue.
  • Screenshots (if applicable) showing the error.

European Union, UK & International Customers (Right of Withdrawal): If you are located in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or other jurisdictions with consumer cancellation rights, you normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days. However, this right is waived for digital content once the download has started. By purchasing and downloading digital content from this store, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the performance (download) has begun.

Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges. If you purchased the wrong item by mistake, please contact us before downloading the file, and we may be able to assist you on a case-by-case basis.
